Lunarheart was off hunting. She tasted the air. Blackbird, and vole, she thought hungrily. She'd been out all morning, hunting, and had only caught a rabbit. She followed the blackbird's scent, soon spotting it on a branch. She crouched, bring her belly to the ground. Low branch, but powerful jump, she thought, recalling what her mentor had said when she was an apprentice. She put her haunches in the air, getting ready to pounce. She wriggled her haunches, unsheathing her claws. She pounced on the blackbird. Hooking her claws into its back, and killing it as soon as she got hold of it. She smirked, obviously satisfied. She burried the blackbird by the rabbit, and tasted the air. The vole was still there, but this time she caught scent of a kit...

Fire was curled into a ball against a tree trunk, shivering. He lifted his head, glancing around. He gave a shaky mew of distress, hoping to be heard. He'd been alone for four days, and had only just stopped nursing. He let out another mew.

Smokeystar: *walks out of camp, and hears some mewling* Hmm? *he walked tword the sound, and saw a kit, and ben't down to be face to face with it* Are you lost, little one?

Lunarheart heard Smokeystar, and shrugged. She went back to hunting.

Fire lifted his head, scrambling to his paws. He backed up, until his haunches hit the tree, fluffy-kit-fur bristling. "W-Who are you?" he stuttered, not answering Smokeystar's question.

Fire blinked. "Yes, I am..." he murmured, glancing down at his paws, then back up at Smokeystar. "A-and.. I don't remember my name...."

Fire's history: He was born a kittypet, but him, his sister, and mother were kidnapped. The robbers killed Fire's mother, and sister, and drained his memory. He doesn't remember his mother, and he does not know he had a sister. He ran away from his 'home', and found out his father was a rogue. Once his father showed him around a bit, he ditched Fire to defend himself. Ever since then, he'd been living off grass, and stolen twoleg-food, and had been wandering amesly in hope to find a home.
